National Finals in September!

Glossop Old Band are a local brass band based in Glossop, Derbyshire, and are believed to have been originally formed around 1830.
Recently revived under their new MD, Les Webb, Glossop Old Band have built in strength each week and are now a full band.
On Sunday 13th March, the band re-entered the contesting arena after a 5 year break by competing in the 2nd section of the Midlands regional championships, hosted in Bedworth. After a fab performance, the band were presented with 2nd place out of a total 12 bands and have been invited to compete in the National Finals this September in Cheltenham.
As a registered charity (no. 1103027), we are looking for sponsorship and donations to help fund the cost of travelling to Cheltenham so that we can take part in such an important event within the brass band community!
