I have sponsored children through Mission Without Borders for nearly a decade and have visited and witnessed their work firsthand in Moldova and Albania. Their mission is "Reaching People For Christ" which is done by working with local evangelical churches to meet the spiritual, educational, and material needs of people living in poverty.
By giving a backpack and school supplies, you are supporting and encouraging children to stay in school- a critical step to breaking the cycle of poverty. You are also supporting after school programs, tutoring, and a hot meal provided by local churches in many communities .
Each backpack filled with school supplies costs about $25. I would like to send at least 24 backpacks by September 1st ($600). Here's the good part...
Every donation will be MATCHED (up to $600!)
If you donate $10 through this gofundme page- Mission Without Borders will receive $20. If you give $100- then 8 backpacks will be donated ($200). But your donations are needed BEFORE September 1 to qualify for this matching grant. Please be generous and help Mission Without Borders help more children this year!
