This site was started for a very dear friend of mine and so many other people that were fortunate enough to have met Paul Lowe.
My hope is to be a love offering site to help give Chasity and his children time to heal from this very tragic time in their lives without enduring any of lifes' normal stressors.
I've seen pages upon pages of tributes to Paul so it makes me happy to be among the folks to be fortunate enough to have had him as a friend for years in my life.
