My dad Dale Welsh also known as “Ghost One UTI MTA” passed away in his sleep on Friday, January 4, 2019. My father was a loving Father, Son, Brother, Grandfather, Crew Member and friend to many people. These Donations will go towards My Dad’s Funeral Arrangements and youngest brother whom is still a minor.
