WHAT'S "GHETTO"?
Ghetto is a project of an animated series we're working on. Even though we're still taking our first steps towards it's creation, we're already trying our best in order to make Ghetto the coolest series ever!
WHO ARE WE?
Our names are Clara and Letizia, but you can call us Dinah and Coco since those are our artistic names. We're both students: Dinah (Clara) is on her first year of the Animation career and Coco (Letizia) is on her last year of highschool. Also, we're two creative best friends who love creating stories! Since Dinah is an artist and Coco is a writer, we make the perfect team to create and illustrate those ideas we have in mind. That's how we came up with Ghetto!
WHAT'S GHETTO ABOUT?
The main plot focuses on the lives of a bunch of youngsters and teens during a whole school year. What do these kids have in common? They don't seem to fit very well into society. They're "weirdos", "freaks", as some may call them.
Together, they make up the Ghetto. That's the name of their gang, their group of friends, their home.
THE CHARACTERS
As explained before, Ghetto follows the lives of thirteen teenagers who will have to cope with the problems of society, as well as those caused by themselves. Not being accepted, mental illnesses, their physical condition or family issues are just some of the problems they are forced to deal with.
WHY DO WE NEED DONATIONS AND WHEN?
Since we want to make Ghetto in a 3D animation style, we're going to need 3D modelers, riggers, animators, artists... And also composers for the ost, dubbers, etc! We want to do a great job, so we are looking for professionals. That's why we need donations: since we're still students, paying them with our own money would be impossible.
When do we expect to start this project, and therefore, when do we need the money? Well, we don't really have a deadline, but we'd like to start as soon as possible!
Finally, we want to thank you in advance for supporting Ghetto. Launching the episodes would be a dream come true, considering that the characters are so special to us
