Getting my Jeep back

Going on close to a year ago I sold my jeep to help take care of my mom, whilst carrying my own place and so on. Shortly there after my jeep was gone, he health started dwindling rapidly. After numerous doctor appointments and medications, she was diagnosed with ALS. With how rapid it's already affecting her, she was giving a year left to a maximum of 4 with extreme complications. This jeep is all I'm going to have left of her when she passes because of her husband whom isn't fond of me. Yeah sure it's just a jeep they're a dime a dozen, I get that, but most of the parts on that jeep were Christmas presents and birthday presents from my mom, and she was always in the garage with me watching me build that jeep from the ground it, it's all sentimental value at this point. However the current owner lives in Newburgh New York, and he payed $3200 for the jeep from
Someone else and has sunk $1000 into it so he wants all his money back and is very adamant about it. There's no way possible I'll ever be able to come up with that money any time soon, and I'd love to get ahold of this jeep before my moms final days. If anythings left over from all the helpIng hands from all of you, it will be donated to an als foundation in honor of my Mother.
