Pilgrimage to Egypt

I have been on a journey of spiritual awakening for over 10 years now.  I studied for 4 years to become a licensed spiritual practitioner and was licensed in 2014. My education continues as a practitioner facilitating classes, counseling clients and serving in ways that continue to awaken my soul's purpose in this life.  From very early on, Egypt has always called to me.  And now my teacher, Michael Bernard Beckwith and his brother, Akili Beckwith, and many of my fellow students and practitioners will be traveling to Egypt for a very special pilgrimage.  I have the unique opportunity to travel with them and experience Egypt from this very special and spiritual perspective. I am heeding the call to join them and am asking (& trusting) the Universe for help through friends, family and anyone who has ever been called to make such a life-changing journey.  I know that for me, Egypt is the demarcation line in my life; there is "before" Egypt and there will be "after" Egypt.  This is how deep of a soul-calling this is for me.



I’ve been working 3 jobs to cover the cost of this trip and I am ALMOST there!  I just began my full-time job in April and as such, I am not eligible for paid time off. I also have two part time jobs which supplement my regular income at a non-profit in order to cover my normal, day-to-day expenses; working weekends to help high school kids get into and pay for college, and in my decreasing spare time, driving for Uber and Lyft.  Sometimes it's tight, but the vision and call are clear: I am going to Egypt! I have covered most of the major trip expenses but since I am taking time off without pay, I am asking for help to cover the following expenses:

Trip insurance/visa/expenses while there $ 1,100.00
Rent: $ 1,100.00
Pet Care $ 200.00


This is not a vacation. It is a pilgrimage back to some of the most important and meaningful sites for mankind on our planet.  For me, it will be a sacred journey to a place that has filled so many dreams where I have experienced so much healing in my life.  It is now time to BE there, place my feet in the scorching sands, meditate in the King's Chamber, sail along the Nile, and bathe in the waters of the Red Sea, all while connecting with humanity's past and future in Egypt.

Thank you so much for whatever you may be called to contribute. I promise you, I carry you deep in my heart as I travel.  My prayers in these temples will include you. I am immensely grateful to you for taking the time to read this and share in this once in a lifetime opportunity for me.
