Get Summer to California

I recently found out that my grandpa is terminally ill with leukemia, and doesn't have much longer. I'm planning on moving from Michigan to California on the first of June in order to be with my grandparents, but I need help because I will be homeless and out of money when I get there. However, with enough help I can buy an old school bus that can be renovated so I can travel and live in it! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Please help me see my grandpa ❤️
