Get Lance a life vest, Anthem won't

I'm not really sure where to begin with this... Maybe, it's the holidays and there's a family who could use your help!... Or, is it even worth having health insurance? I mean, you pay your premium, deductible, max out of pocket in your network, max out of pocket out of your network, and in the end it's ultimately up to a bunch of cheapskates in expensive suits who make life changing decisions for your family. I guess that kinda breaks the ice.

A good man and his family are currently in this unfortunate situation. My good friend, Lance Boston, has an amazing heart and spends the majority of his time serving others. Unfortunately, his amazing heart is only operating at 15% what it should. Surgery has been postponed 4 months while the doctor's give medication a "try"... And the only caveat to this is he needs what is called a "life vest", you know, just in case his heart fails in the meantime. This life vest is life saving in an emergency. However, the wonderful folks over at Anthem have decided they will not cover, and will not take care of their own. This Christmas, Anthem has decided spread the cheer, and to pass the cost of $3,000 per month onto Lance, his wife, and their 3 little ones. I'm seeking $10,000 (to start) in donations to help Lance and his wife, Mary, get through these hardships over the next 4 months. This world is so much better with this man in it. He's a father of 3, husband, public school teacher, and one of the best men I've ever come across. No donation is to small. I will personally be sending Joseph Swedish, the CEO of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (who's total compensation in 2017 will be just shy of $17Million) a hand written letter requesting he pitch in $20 for a good cause.

Money is always tight this time if year for people. I get it. If it's not in the budget, just give this a share and get word out! LOVE!
