My name is Kat, I'm a 21 year old student suffering from a PLETHORA of mental illnesses and trauma. My biggest supporters are my two best friends, who live 6 hours away in LA. I need to get out of the place I'm living right now. It's incredibly stressful, and I suffer many PTSD flashbacks and panic attacks on my own. I need to move down to LA (hopefully by next summer - summer of 2020) to be away from this place and with the people who can truly help me recover and heal. LA also offers many opportunities for me to study the arts or cosmetology, whichever I decide to do. But I currently have $50 in total to my name, no car, and no job (although I am applying places). Moving away costs money, and starting a life over costs even more. Not to mention the costs of my psychiatrist, therapist, and trauma support groups I attend. Medical bills, phone bills, everything adds up. This money will also help me afford rent while I settle down there and get a new job, etc. I know everyone struggles. Everyone has a hard time. Money's rough. And life's expensive. But if anyone can help me get started on my journey to move away and start to heal, to move past my trauma, I would be so so insanely grateful.
