PLS HELP DAVID W/ HIS KIDNEY & CAR

HELP DAVID GET HIS CAR & KIDNEY MEDICAL BACK ON TRACK! David is a 64 year old dialysis patient with a precondition of serious back injury. After having years of  perfect payment record he lost his car 3 days ago as Toyota decided to repoe it after he was not able to pay last 2 months due to doctors and prescription bills. David's health increasingly challenges his mobility that he suffered at the age of 27. He can't get treated for his back as the surgery requires that he gets operated on his neck which can cause death. David's life changed the 2nd time drastically when he was diagnosed with kidney failure at the age of 58 years due to diabetes medicine. His movements have been greatly effected and after having kidney failure he now goes through severe loss of energy and time for dialysis treatment. To keep himself alive he has to go for dialysis at least 3 times a week for 5 hours at the dialysis center and without a car safely getting there, or to doctors or anywhere has become IMPOSSIBLE. Friends describe David as an honest, funny and a very friendly guy who has been quietly fighting to stay alive. Snow or rain he has to be at the hospital as his kidneys have totally given up on him.  Every second day he is up as early as 4 am getting ready for going to  dialysis at the hospital. He is now in big need to buy a car for safe transportation to his doctors, groceries and most importantly to his hospital for hemodialysis treatment 3-4 times a week. Besides the car he immediately needs money to cover rising multiple medical costs towards his kidney transplant . He says: "For example just a prescription of Renvela Phosphate binders for my dialysis medicine since May 2018 is listed as more than $700 & no more being covered by insurance. My inhaler is $699 copay. That's just two medicines, I have several others that are very expensive and totally unaffordable. My doctors copay and ongoing tests are added payments." He says, his goal is to raise additional funds apart from car for this crucial & timely medical help. "With the help of donations I can get my medical and car expenses in order and then I am a candidate for a kidney transplant  which is my long term goal but before that I need help in obtaining a car, paying for my medicine and doctors so I can get my life back on TRACK." He says: "I m blessed to have a great team of techs who love and take care of me at my hospital. They help me with my hemodialysis to keep me alive. Before I started hemodialysis I did peritoneal dialysis for 3 years. Due to my back and liquid weight it became impossible for me to continue. I have a baby son JR, my beautiful shitzu dog who has been with me in toughest of times. Especially without a car along with all my illnesses and fast rising medical expenses I find myself totally cornered fighting for my life . It has been a very difficult time for me after my kidneys failed and although I've been a proud person and taken care of myself all my life I m now in need of urgent help."
