Service Dog for my PTSD

For 15 years throughout my childhood I was sexually, physically and emotionally abused by a male family member. Having the opportunity to be able to get a a service dog would be a dream come true. As I suffer with my complex trauma PTSD as well as not being able to do simple tasks due to depression and dealing with anxiety causing panic attacks.

I would love the opportunity to start living and finally have a life that I can be proud. Having a service dog to not only support me but know when I’m having flashbacks backs or about to have a panic attack would be incredibly helpful towards my road to recovery.

The reason why I am asking for your help is just last week I was scammed $2000+ from a man who said that he would sell me a gorgeous puppy which was going to be my service dog but unfortunately he took my vulnerability for granted. It took me a long time to save $2,000 and too lose it all hurts a lot.

Unfortunately it’s really expensive to own and raise a service dog, due to how much training costs to be a certified therapy dog. This figure can go past the $10,000 mark so I’d appreciate even just the smallest donation as it all adds up.
