Gena Perrier's Medical Fund

Everyone who knows Gena loves her. She is funny, honest, loyal, dedicated, and compassionate.  Gena has a servant's heart. It is evident in her job choices and how she has spent time volunteering. But now, Gena needs us. At the end of October, Gena was placed on life support due to an unknown GI bleed as well as liver failure. She was given 10-20% chance of survival and her family was instructed to begin to plan her funeral. However, God had another plan. Gena began to improve and was removed from life support after 3 days! Gena has a long road ahead of her. She will need physcial therapy to regain her strength and balance, she will need occupational therapy to relearn movements we do without thinking. She will need a liver transplant. Yes. That's right. Our Gena was also diagnosed with non-alcolholic cirrohosis of the liver. We are raising to funds to help offset any and all costs Gena will need to get healthy. We don't want her worrying about finances when she needs to be so focused on regaining her health.  Take a moment and reflect on your relationship with Gena. How much joy she has brought into your life; how your children think of her as Aunt Gena; how she stood by you when no one else would. Now imagine, how Gena will feel knowing you loved her enough to help her focus on getting her life back and fulfulling God's purpose for her life.
