Help save Delilah from Pancreatitis

My beautiful sweet Delilah is very sick right now.  She has both severe pancreatitis and bloody diarrhea.  We took her to the emergency vet last night because she couldn't even hold water down and she was 

Bleeding out of her rectum.  I applied for care credit and was approved but I used all the funds at the ER vet last night.  However she needs continued medical care for a few days.  I recently only just started a new job but money is still very very tight.  But I CANT just sit back and watch her suffer and/or die.  Any help will be TREMENDOUSLY appreciated.  Please help me save my girl.
