Gary's major surgery

My name is Gary Mcdowell I play guitar in the band Modern English whilst on tour in the USA I was rushed into hospital for emergency surgery which was life-threatening as the surgeon told me he must operate immediately and that there was no guarantee that I would live, The operation was successful but I receivedd a very large bill as The insurance that I had at that time did not cover me for this ,I am now having problems clearing this bill, I am now convalescing for three months , any help that I get to clear this bill would be very much appreciated . As I am very desperate to get well again so I can continue playing music with the band .
