Gary "PHIL"lips Medical Expenses

Due to recent life changing events and challenges, I am faced with tremendous medical bills and a long road to recovery.  
I have amazing friends who know me as "PHIL", and I have lived in the University City- Delmar area for 30 + years.
This is one of many steps my sister and I are taking for fundraising venues.    Please know that ALL FUNDS will be strickly monitored and used for utilities and paying medical bills as my illness and recent inability to work has also cost me my job. 
My GOAL is to attend rehab, re-gain employment by March 2017, and  keep my home.
