Help me get a place to live&grow

I have been home less for over a year now, i am on disibilty and live on a fixed income,I have found the perfect place to live with 5 acers land to restart "Demon Pepper Farms" back up i just need YOUR help to get started. PLEASE help me so i can start growing peppers and my business again. 
i have the money to pay the first months rent but can't come up with the deposit and last months rent.
