Panda's Vet Bills

My dog Panda is a 5 year old border collie mix. On Feb. 25th 2016, he had eaten normally, then began hopping around, losing his balence, and began seizing. This has never happened before to Panda and I am very worried. He was taken to a veterinary clinic and there he would not stop shaking and had two more seizures in the clinic. I am extremely worried and currently am not financially stable, considering I am a self-employed artist. The doctor says the bill may be around $500 or so, so I am trying to raise money for my dog's medical bills. Anything helps.
