This amazing family consists of love, faith, and community. Melissa and Hassan have four beautiful children and limited extended family. Hassan is a coach and community best friend. He is known for his amazing sense of humor and love for kids. Melissa has been a Best Buy employee for 10 years and even though she works 90% of holidays- she has never missed her children's games, practices, school involvement, bad dream, etc. Melissa and Hassan committed completely to their children and family. They are God fearing people and never left a friend in need.
On May 9th, Hassan had a massive stroke that left him with bleeding on the brain. For two short days, he woke up! He responded to his family and could speak to his wife and kids. However the following Monday, he was left brain dead and unresponsive after several strokes back to back. After medical advice, Melissa had to make the hardest decision of her life and allow her husband to pass in peace. Hassan at the young age of 44 will leave his wife and children to survive and continue life without him. First and foremost, PRAY for this family and community.
Hassan, unfortunately, does not have any insurance or life benefits. Melissa needs help from all of us! Her community, her Best Buy family, friends and family- We must step up! She needs to be able to not only bury her husband, but ensure the security of home and food for the kids. We are asking for any contributions and help for this family. Dear Heavenly Father,
You hold time within your hands, and see it all, from beginning to end. Please keep and carry these precious people in their sadness and loss. Cover them with your great wings of love, give their weary hearts rest and their minds sound sleep. Lord, lift their eyes so that they may catch a glimpse of eternity, and be comforted by the promise of heaven.
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus.
