In need of a little extra help

In February 2019 my daughter, Kylie, got sick suddenly. Her labs were all over the place, she was almost passing out, and she was finally admitted to the hospital due to swollen lymph nodes in her chest. While there she lost most movement of her legs and her breathing took a turn for the worse. She was moved to ICU and once stabilized she was flown to Lurie's Children's Hospital in Chicago. There she lost movement of her arms which seemed to be intermittent, no improvement with her legs, and still suffering severe chest pain as well as tachycardia.  We spent a week there and no definite answer other than they felt she might have Functional Neurological Disorder. We requested an endoscopy and an MRI of her brain but they did not feel these were necessary. She was discharged from there and requires extensive physical therapy. We have spoken with 2 therapists as well as a few others in the medical field who do not believe FND is the answer here. We are looking for a 2nd opinion and she will be seeing a new primary doctor April 10th with hopefully more testing. I have been unable to work since February 19th and I have no idea when I will be able to return to work as she cannot be left alone right now. I'm not one to ask for help so even doing this is very hard. However, even with the unknown, life/bills still happen. Most of her medical treatment is covered by insurance but not all of it. We also had to take on a car payment due to both vehicles breaking down. So if anyone has anything they can spare it would be greatly appreciated.
