Attleboro teen dies from injuries in Mansfield accident Chris Hutcheon was one of four people injured in the single-vehicle accident around 1:30 a.m. last Saturday when the car they were traveling in swerved off I-495 in Mansfield, struck a tree and split in half.
The vehicle, a 2000 Toyota Camry, had spun around several times before leaving the roadway and striking a tree. The force of the impact severed the vehicle in half between the engine and the passenger compartments. The four teenage occupants of the vehicle were wearing seat belts and were not ejected from the wreck.
The driver, 19, of Seekonk, and Hutcheon’s twin brother Cameron Hutcheon were treated for minor injuries.
