Help Kiera's Grandma

This unbeleivable lady's name is Marian Martin. She has recently lost both her daughters, at her last daughters funeral had a fall and broke her leg just above her knee, She now has a plate and four screws to repair the brake. Mamaw is getting kicked out of her place of recovery for insurance BS reasons. We will take her in 100% ,but unfortanatly neither  of us are qualified to take care of a injury like the one she has, nor do we have any spair time. We already work opposite shifts to take care of our little ones. I'm definetly not a person that ever asks for help, but I can't allow myself not to this time. We need to help her get an at home care nurse. Anything is much appreciated. Thank you.
