Seizure dog for Buddy

Justin Jr. Is my son. He goes by Buddy. He is 3 years old and was born on Valentines day. My love baby!
Buddy was born with a rare condition called Sturge-Weber Syndrome. He has beautiful port wine stain birthmark on the left side of his forehead. A facial birthmark is common with Sturge-Weber patients. His brain is calcified in his front left lobe and it is continuing to progress, as there is no cure for this terrible syndrome. His brain is dying. Theres no blood flow in this calcified area. He has glaucoma in his left eye and will eventually have to have surgery when he gets older. These past few months have been pretty scary because his health has changed, and not for the better. He has developed epilepsy. He was having up to 40 seizures in a matter of 45 minutes. Some would last longer than 5 minutes. Sturge-Weber Syndrome epilepsy is different than regular epilepsy. His brain will shrink and continue to calcify with seizure after seizure. As of right now we have managed to control them for the most part with medication. He's still showing signs of them in his sleep though. We go the end of September to do a week long brain study at Texas Children's Hospital. One of many he will have throughout his life. His seizures will not be controlled for the rest of his life. He will ALWAYS have them. Medicine will not fix this, medicine will not keep him healthy. Him having this has changed our lives forever. I can never take my eye off of him for fear I will miss something. He can't sleep in his own bed for fear he may have a huge seizure in his sleep and I will miss it.
I am coming to you guys for help. I need your help. I want to buy my son a seizure response service dog. This dog will forever change our lives and my son's life. He will be able to have that sense of independence and my family will have that comfort of we won't miss a seizure and can have a piece of mind knowing he will be ok out of our eyesight.
I have done tons of research and have came across a company that will train a seizure response service dog for us. Most companies won't train a dog for a person with Sturge-Weber Syndrome. This company has the most reasonable price I have found. $12,000 is a lot but oh man it would be so worth it. This dog will do wonders for my son and not just on the epileptic stand point. He will get self confidence and may become more outgoing as he's a very reserved introverted child.
I cannot even stress to you guys how happy and how appreciative I would be for any help anyone provides.
Below I have attached two links. One is where he will be getting the dog from and the other is a description of what Buddy is diagnosed with.
