As some of you may know - and many of you may not - for nearly the last year, John suffered through severe illness. The severe, relentless physical pain weighed on his shoulders day in and day out, unbeknownst to many. Through countless doctors appointments, visits, and even surgery - doctors were unable to find the cause or provide any relief for John's ailments.
In an attempt to lessen the pain, doctors prescribed John medications that had side effects: severe depression and suicidal tendencies.
On May 12, 2017 John Allen Frey left this life.
John's passing was unexpected. We, his family, are heart broken. We're trying to process and grieve the loss of our son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, friend.
We've all lost so much. And now we're in the position of needing to bury John. The burial, funeral, and body transportation expenses have been quoted at $20,000. Anything that anyone can give to help will go directly to the unexpected expenses that we need to cover at this time.
John's funeral will be held in Orange Park, Florida. He'll be buried in the cemetery next to his maternal grandmother. Specific funeral details will be announced as soon as they're available.

Yesterday we held the funeral and burial services to celebrate John's life and mourn our loss. We laid John to rest in the Holly Hill Memorial Park, by his grandmother.
Today we were AMAZED to see that our goal of $20,000 was not only met, but exceeded.
