Funeral Expenses for Israel Soto Sr

Donation protected
Israel Soto was a wonderful man, whose life was cut tragically short.  He was killed in  a hit and run accident on 4/18/17.  He had gone to pick his daughter up from school on 35th St. Milwaukee, WI.   You may have seen this story on the news in the past couple of days.

A still unidentified driver came schreeing around the corner of the school zone.  Witnesses state that Israel pushed two children out of the way of the speeding vehicle, before being struck himself.  He was killed instantly.  He is a hero, he gave his life to make sure no children were injured or killed.

This tragedy has struck all of his family and friends, very hard.  I personally new him thru work for four years.  No one was ever more hard working or dedicated then he was.  He was a true friend to all that knew him.

He is survived by his wife, four loving and dedicated children, one stepdaughter (the one he was picking up), and ten grandchildren who will miss him very much.

Israel was his households sole source of income.  The family is struggling to deal with the overwhelming emotions a tragedy like this and with the inevitable bills that arise in this situation.

All funds raised will go to help with his funeral expenses.  If anything is raised above and beyond that, it will go to help the family with any other expenses they currently have.

Please take a moment to honor this wonderful man.  He will be greatly missed.

In Loving Memory,
