Funeral Arrangements: Pastor George Banks Jr.

Pastor George Banks Jr. passed away during his sleep sometime between Thanksgiving night or the morning after. It was an unexpected passing, the family is still in shock, trying to process his untimely death; however, we find comfort knowing that he is now at peace and resting from his labor. He was a devoted man of God, a loving father, grandfather, brother and father in-law. As a pastor he served the people and God, over the years he has helped many people financially and spiritually and now the family needs help in providing him a proper funeral service. Although he had a small insurance policy it was not enough to pay for the very basic necessities for the service, there are so many fees and requirements that his policy was simply not enough. Therefore, we are in need of financial support to cover the expenses in order to hold the service and burial Saturday December 8, 2018 At Austin Layne Normady Chaple 7733 Natural Bridge Road.  Visitation 9:00 am - 11:00 am and the Funeral Service 11:00 AM, with the burial immediately following at Oak Grove Cemetery 7800 St. Charles Rock Road.
