Funeral and moving expenses

My sister's son Jeremy was missing for 2 weeks and his body was found on 03/7/17. This is the second child my sister Linda has lost. Her oldest son Jason was killed, when a corporate plane that he was working on fell on him and he died instantly at age 25. My sister Linda has multiple sclerosis and is currently living in an assisted living facility. 

Jeremy's wife Evelyn is on disability and unable to work due to her medical challenges. The doctors are unable to control her high blood pressure even though she is on 3 different medications. She had brain surgery a couple of years ago and she still suffers from severe headaches and she was seeing her brain surgeon in the Minneapolis area seeking medical treatment and evaluating for additional brain surgery. When her husband didn't answer her phone calls she became worried and flew home to check on him, interrupting her treatment/evaluation. She was dependent on her husband for health insurance and finances since becoming ill and they were renting a place in Pennsylvania. She now wants to move out of state to be nearer to family and to have a funeral service. She also has family in the Phillippines that she has not been able to see for nearly 2 decades due to financial strain. 

Any help will be appreciated to help his widow. Rest in peace Jeremy, you now can be with your big brother again. My love to my nephews from Aunt Julie
