Funding the Bunny

My name is Adam. I am also known as blind Adam or blind Adam, the Comic Pimp. My two claims to fame are that I am the world’s only blind comic book dealer and that I lost my V card to Rebecca Love, Adult Actress on the Howard Stern show.

I am a comedian, filmmaker and podcaster. I produce, direct, write and host the Awesomesauce Radio on the Demon Seed Radio Network. I am going blind from a very rare, degenerative eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and it is destroying the retina, which brings light to the optic nerve. I don’t have much time left with my sight. At the moment, I only have light and hand motion perception, meaning I can see light and faint shadows along with some movement if I am close enough to it. Within the next few years, I will be totally blind. However, with all of this, I have two last dreams that I would like to see (while I still have some sight to see them) become reality.

First, is to own a small comic bookstore and the second is to relocate to Las Vegas. I recently found a 200 square foot artist studio that I can convert into a productions studio for my podcast as well as use for retail. I am going to use the money to pay for the initial deposit and the first month’s rent as well as some store fixtures like a couch, a computer, a desk as well as putting some of the funds towards hiring a sexy co-host - Olivia Munn style.

I’d also use that money towards equipment upgrades on items like my laptop, mixer/soundboard and microphone and microphone stands. I want to raise this money by January 2020 but have immense hope that this goal can be accomplished by August 2019.

Money for the first month’s rent as well as the deposit, which would equal $700.00, the sooner I can start setting up shop. I will be sharing weekly updates on my progress via the podcast on Demon Seed Radio as well as SoundCloud and YouTube.

I am a lifelong fan of comic books, movies and popular culture since the age of 15. I have always wanted my own comic books store but due to the growing blindness and the adjustment

levels, I have not been able to focus on my dream. I have managed stores, covered and promoted conventions but this is the brass ring, my once in a lifetime shot to make this lifelong dream come true and I still have enough sight to see it.

It will be in one of the greatest cities in the world, Sin City Paradise, where the grass is green and the girls are pretty #testifythis! It would mean the world to me if I am able to raise the entire $4,000.00 and open my little slice of heaven on earth comic book store. At long last, I could say that the boyhood dream I have had for so long has finally begun to come true. At that point, I could go to heaven a happy man and eat ice cream with my biggest fan -- R.I.P. Grandma – I really am working harder than ever to make this a reality.
