Funding support-no money for school

I am in my second year of university. I have struggled immensely with funding for school. Every single year student loans never gives me enough money and I am unable to buy textbooks, supplies, and pay off my school fees and tuition. I have no parental support as well. It is extremely stressful and exhausting to be without money in university ecspecially living on my own.
