I need your help!
My name is Jaqueline Goncalves and I am currently a senior at Central Falls High School. My GPA is a 3.5 and I’m in the top 10 % of my class. I am an extremely involved individual and any chance that I get to help in my community, I do so. I am applying to about 13 colleges & universities of my choice. My goal is to help defray the cost of sending SAT scores and the application fee to my choice schools, as I have exhausted my waiver options (students are limited in the number of waivers they can receive).
A little about me: I came to the United States at the age of 12, to live with my father. I was raised in Cape Verde and the only languge I knew was Portuguese and Creolo. I am the first generation in my family to attend college and unfortunately, college is very expensive, and my family is unable to afford paying all the fees.
I am relying on the generous donations of people like you to help!
Your donation will help me to pay for 6 additional waivers and apply to 3 more schools. Without my SAT scores, my application will be incomplete and I will therefore be denied access to higher education.
It would really mean so much to me if you could donate to my fund and help me on my journey to success!
