I listen to Heather Wade at Midnight in the Desert almost every night. She is a single woman and her 2 cats are her children. Her cat that she has had for 8 years is her heart. Layla. Layla stopped eating and drinking about a week ago, and the vet said her digestive system was about shut down. Well it was up and down, eyedroppers of water and everything came up. It was back and forth to the vet after hours of driving. Last I heard Layla was home and slightly improving and Heather is left with a $4000 vet bill, at least that is what she said on the air last week. It could be more now. I have hearing aids and have never called in to the station as I have to listen on speaker but I still have the power to assist my friends that motivate me so much and keep me going so with that said I am asking Heather Wade's fans to "Each 1 Give a Sum, for The Layla Vet Bill Payoff Campaign".
