I wish to post here the entirety of the obituary listing here that was written for Fr. Michael. I also want to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their generous support. Fr. Michael did not have life insurance and so the family is humbly asking for assistance to pay funeral and other expenses. Thank you so much for all your help and support. Here is the entry in it's entirety:

Father Michael Wagner, beloved Priest, son, and brother, passed away Wednesday May 2nd at the age of 48 after suffering an inoperable brain hemorrhage on April 10th. He died surrounded by his family, friends, and parishioners. Fr Michael was the eldest son of Maria and Andrew Wagner and oldest of 5 children.
Fr Michael grew up in communist Poland and immigrated to the United States at the age of 15. After graduating from Seattle University in Economics and Finance he worked in Finance and eventually opened his own business - Insomniax Coffee - in Seattle. Later Michael chose to answer God’s call and entered the seminary within the Archdiocese of Seattle and was ordained in 2011.
Fr Michael served in several parishes around the Seattle area including St Mary Magdalene in Everett, St Michaels in Olympia, St Joseph and St John in Elma and Montesano, and most recently he was the Priest Administrator for Holy Rosary and Visitation Parishes and Schools in Tacoma WA.
Fr Michael was a genuine soul which reflected the Peace and Love that only God can impart. He touched so many lives and brought so much Joy and Light into the world. One of his favorite quotes was from the late G.K. Chesterton, “When people cease to believe in God, the danger is not that they will believe nothing, but rather that they will believe anything.” No one who met Fr Michael ever went away unchanged.
There will be a Vigil Mass celebrated for Fr Michael on Tuesday May 8th at Visitation Parish in Tacoma starting at 6pm. The funeral will be at Holy Rosary in Tacoma on Wednesday May 9th at 10am. Then Fr Michael will be buried at 10am on Thursday May 10th at Calvary Cemetery in Seattle.
Donations to the family of Fr Michael Wagner can be made online at www.gofundme.com/frmichaelwagner to help pay funeral and family expesnses.
Eternal rest grant unto Father Michael, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in Peace. Amen.

Fr Wagner remains in critical care at St Joseph medical center. Fr Michael has weathered the initial period after his stroke and is showing signs of improvement. We the family continue to pray for Fr Michael Wagner and his recovery. Our faith is resolute and we stand by Fr Michael and ask that God’s will be done.

On behalf of the entire Wagner family I want to sincerely thank everyone for their donations and especially all their prayers. It has been an incredible comfort and encouragement to see everyone and their faith - and especially their generosity. Thank you so much for your prayers and support.

I also wanted to update our financial need. This fund was initially to help pay for some initial costs to the immediate family. All of Fr Michael’s family lives out of the area. In addition this fund will be to help pay for Fr Michaels rehabilitation once he is released from the hospital.

I will continue to post updates on Fr Michael. Please keep him and our family in our prayers! The prayers are working! Thanks be to God!

May God Bless you all and Thank you!
