Jay's Game Shack ADA LAWSUIT HELP

My name is Jay, the proud owner of Jays Game Shack. We have recently been the target in a string of fraudulent ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) lawsuits. The person (JOSE ACOSTA) can be searched online and it can be seen he has a history of suing hundreds of businesses each and every month for years on end. Here in the Central Valley alone there has been well over 1000. We are reaching out to those who wish to help put an end to this and help us fight the good fight. Our goal is currently set at $10,000 but we understand the cost can easily exceed $100,000 if we choose to go the full way through. We have enlisted the help of Rick Morin of Sacramento. He is hands down one of the best in the nation in dealing with these frivolous lawsuits here in California. Our baseline minimum cost to work with him is $6,000 to try and get the case tossed out. We are currently asking for $10,000 and will donate any unused portions up to the amount and over if there is any to anyone else who is dealing with this similar situation, and in the event one can not be located we will donate it to an organization that will get games into the hands of children whom are less fortunate. 

We are only asking those who are able to contribute. Please do not feel guilty if you can not, a simple share will be much appreciated.
