John B. Baren Memorial Fund
On October 3, 2014, John Baren left this life for his next adventure. He was a unique individual. He was dedicated to practice of psychology and a collector of unique objects. His loss is deeply felt by family, friends, coworkers, and the many people he treated.
Due to his poor health in life, fighting Crohn's disease, diabetes, and vascular disease, and in a time before pre-existing conditions were not grounds for denying insurance coverage, his death left behind enormous medical debt.
John's sons Robert and Corky, along with family and friends are working to arrange for his funeral and memorial, as well as to arrange to get his affairs in order. Help is needed to do this, and together they've created the John B. Baren Memorial Fund to do so.
Funds from this effort will be used to arrange for his funeral and memorial, as well as to assist in getting his final affairs in order. Once arranged, details of John's memorial service will be posted here.
