FRENFORD YOUTH CLUB

We are raising money in aid of FRENFORD YOUTH CLUB - a local youth charity working in the London Borough of Redbridge, operating since 1928, founded by Jack Carter.
We run developmental sports, arts and educational projects for disadvantaged young people, so that they can become productive members of society. Our main work is to help young people and children in poverty, affected by crime and deprivation or who are disabled. Though we welcome all young people through our doors regardless of circumstance.
In the last year, we have seen our membership grow to over 4000 young people across a number of London Boroughs, and this has now pushed our resources and facilities beyond our imagination.
With rising costs, and an ever-growing demand for our service, we are reaching out to the community for support in continuing our 7 day a week service.
We are seeking to raise £50,000 to maintain our current facilities and continue to support our Youth Work programmes through our dedicated staff.
The donations would contribute towards our sports facilities, music and dance studio, and IT suite. In addition to this, our residential visits, enabling us to work more intensely and support our young people away from their normal surroundings.
