I am a survivor of domestic violence who has been fighting in the family court system for five months in Bergen County in New Jersey to see my children as provided in my MSA. I have joint physical and legal custody but the court refuses to enforce my agreement.  I am all out of money and pro se.  I owe my attorney 25,000. I have represented myself and now realize that if I dont have a lawyer to advocate for me, I may never prevail.  My name is Katie Rost. My children are James Rocco Orsini, Renee Rost Orsini and Kathryn Rost Orsini.
