Freedom Airsoft's Field Improvement

Our company, Freedom Airsoft was fully established in January of 2017. At our facility, we provide a fun and safe environment to play airsoft for players ages 7 and up. Similar to paintball, the game of airsoft consists of players competing as individuals or teams to accomplish a variety of objectives, including capture the flag, protect the VIP, and defensive games. Over the years that our field has been active, we have had hundreds of players attend from around the world and they have had a great time playing the game. To this day, we get kids and teens off the streets, off the videos games, and get them outdoors into a competitive, social, and team-building centered environment. Our field hosts open public games every weekend in addition to private parties, including birthday and bachelor parties. We have even had parties of visually impaired players from a school attend and play the game at our facility. We also support military and first-responders by providing discounts for use of our facility. We want to continue providing this service for the foreseeable future.
Our goal for this fund is to help set up a more permanent and efficient power source to help properly power our field facility, which would greatly reduce our operating expenses. We have maintained the affordable price of $15 admission per session for our players since the field was established. We do not wish to raise admission prices due to increased operating expenses, so we are using this fund as an alternative to raising the admission price. To get permanent power from a transmission line established at our facility, the one-time cost for us is estimated to be $15,000. The cost includes permits, materials, and labor for installation.
The benefits to the field facility and our players would be great. Currently, a large amount of our monthly expenses go towards portable power generators, portable light tower rent, and the fuel to maintain them both during open hours. Permanent power from a transmission line would allow us to greatly reduce our current expenses, improve the fields lighting network, and allocate the money saved towards other field, staging area, and parking improvements. It would also allow us to expand inventory of our growing airsoft pro-shop, which would better supply the players attending our field. Ideally, we would like this funding goal to be established as soon as possible so we can properly power and improve the facility.
