Free Energy Research

This project is for researching energy that will save the whole world on the cost electric, oil, gas, and other fuel cost. 
No, this is not a Perpetual Motion machine. It will need bearing replaced every few years but should be repairable for up to 100 years.
A little about me: My name is Jason. I have been programming machine to run themselfs for over 20 years. I am the guy everyone goes to when they want information or something is broken and they want it fixed again. I operate within the laws of physics and not in the laws of quantom physics. 
This project it to research a low cost energy source, build a working model and making it open source for everyone.
Why am I doing this: No I am not mad at the electric/oil company, but oil will not last forever and when it runs out we will have no replacement for it unless something it done very soon. 
This project we mean no more black out or brown out. No risk of terrorist wiping out our power grid or blocking our power supply. This will greatly increase nation security. No more families freezing in the winter or cooking in the sumer heat from a lack of money to run their AC. Drive halfway around the country and back without stoping for gas. It could also lead to increaded wealth for everyone on earth.
