HELP SAVE EMILY!!!

TODAY I WAS NOTIFIED THAT EMILY HAS BEEN FOUND!!
Monday November 6, 2017
Hello my name is Lu Anne Herman.  I am disabled and lived with an emotional support kitty, Emily.
In the spring of 2017, end of March, I had been living in Cortez Co but due to worsening health conditions, my sister came down to help me pack and move closer to family for more support.  During the packing and cleaning, Emily got scared and managed to escape thru a dryer vent.
We looked for Emily and stayed as long as we could before my landlord told us we had to leave.  I immediately posted online on community boards etc, flyers to try and find Emily.  In mid May, my old neighbors notified me that they had seen her, and a local rescue group made attempts to trap her with no luck.  Emily is small, timid, and shy, so that complicated matters.  During the summer I spoke with pet detectives as well as other experienced parties in attempts to try and find her, as well as keeping the missing posts up there locally, but I now live a ways away in Montrose Colorado, and was, and am, limited as to what I'm able to do.  (Montrose is located 5 hours away from Cortez by car).
Today I was notified that Emily had been found!  She had been put in a box and taken to the local shelter in Cortez Co.  She was found with a gaping hole in her shoulder, abscess, and you could see all the way to the bone.  She also was very thin and anemic.  The bad sore gave off a bad odor as well.  The vets at Montezuma Vet Clinic in Cortez rushed her into surgery.  She made it through, but there are concerns that the infection is also in the bone.  She also has some bad teeth but those can't be dealt with until Emily is stronger and further down the path of healing.  Tonight, Emily is fighting a bad infection.
Should you want to make a donation directly to Emily's care at Montezuma Vet Clinic in Cortez, Co.,
UPDATE!!  The clinic is having a hard time with donations, so instead of calling them, the option is now go to the Facebook page for For Pet's Sake, the rescue that is fostering Emily and coordinating her care,  to make a donation.  When doing so,bplease note for them that the donation is for Emily's care.  Ty.  This is the link to their page.

Rescue and transport to the vet, was provided by For Pet's Sake Humane Society also located in Cortez Co..
Please help me save my kitty!  Please help me give her hope and the chance to live after everything she's been through!!
All shares and crossposts greatly appreciated as well!
