Frank Pasqua's Recovery Fund
In a split second our lives were changed, forever! February 2nd, 2016 was the day we learned that my brother, Frank Pasqua, was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident.
Frank's truck veered off the road and crashed into an embankment, tearing the cab right off of the trucks frame. Frank was airlifted from Ticonderoga, New York to Burlington Vermont Burn and Trauma center.
Frank suffered severe third degree burns covering 54% his body, mostly his legs. He was induced into a medical coma, so he could recover from his painful and massive injuries.
A little over a week at the trauma center, Frank was again airlifted to Lehigh Valley Burn Center in Pennsylvania for extensive surgeries and recovery. Frank's legs were so severely injured, the medical team concluded that a bilateral above the knee amputation would be required for Frank to survive.
Kidney failure which set in required 24 hour dialysis for his blood to be correctly filtered for him to live.
Frank has been through numerous surgeries to skin graft his open wounds and allow the healing process to take hold.
Well as of this writing March 30th, Frank is surviving and recovering! He has come back from the brink of death to now live! Many prayers were answered for us all.
This Go Fund Me will be utilized for Frank's recovery, helping with medical bills, transportation, and future housing to help him with his newly transformed life.
The Pasqua family cannot express how grateful we are for Frank to still be here and alive with us.
Your contributions will be utilized to their fullest for Frank to continue living a normal and healthy life.
We're also having a benefit concert for Frankie April 30th at Buddies Tavern in Parlin New Jersey. My band Out of Bounds and JD Deservio from Black Label Society will be performing. It's a cool little watering hole. Casual dress. The more that make it, the more love we can spread to Frank.
Pass the word.

Here is a Frank Pasqua update:
Frank will be moving into his own place this week. Monroe New Jersey here he comes! Frank has been in Kessler Rehabilitation Center since June 9th, and is eagerly waiting the move into his new home at Waterside Villas. His apartment has been extensively modified to accommodate Frank's injuries and situation.
Recently Frank has had hand surgery to mend some burned tendons on his left hand. Strength, flexibility and feeling have been restored and has healed nicely.
Frank will be attending rehab once again to continue working his hand back to full strength.
Recently my family attended the 11th annual Lehigh Valley Burn Care Survivor Christmas party with Frank in Pennsylvania. The nurses and medical staff who work at the hospital, caring for burn patients, reunited with former patients and their families. It was an amazing and emotional experience for the almost three hundred people who attended. The picture listed is Frank with the hospital staff that spent extensive time with him attending to his injuries.
It was wonderful evening spending time with all of these extraordinary people. They are all Angels sent from Heaven, to keep my brother alive.
Thank you for all of the support financially and emotionally during this extreme time in the Pasqua family. Frank is back!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.
Well after 119 days in the IC unit, Frank is doing great!
Today, Frank received a nice Italian sub from Giovanni, the owner of Frank's favorite pizza place in Bartonsville, Frank's Pizza. (Ironic his favorite shop bears his name)
His appetite returned and feeding tube has been put away, for good!
Frankie's attitude and spirits are very high and is expecting to be transferred to Kessler Rehab in New Jersey next week.
There is a persistent wound on Frank's bottom that is hindering his recovery. It just takes time for an injury this size to heal properly. The hospital staff will be returning Frank to the operating room Thursday, to install a negative wound vac to help irrigate and allow the wound to heal.
It is an absolute miracle Frank is still here with us. He is absolutely grateful for everyone who has assisted in his recovery, both physical and mentally.
Thank you all so much for your thoughts, prayers and inspiration, to help Frank continue on with this fight. Keep them coming.
He is healthy, alive and ready to start his new adventure in rehab.
Enjoy that giant sandwich! Your most certainly deserve it.
I love you brother!
I visited with Frank today with mom and seen that he is still needing some medical attention.
There is a stubborn area on Frank's back what just is very slow to heal. This open wound is preventing Frank from starting his physical therapy and really start the healing process.
The medical staff is also watching his kidney function, which has been compromised due severe nature of all his injuries.
His appetite has not come back also they had to reinstall the feeding tube.
His spirits are up and he wants to move forward to rehab, just these small set backs are keeping him slightly down.
Keep praying everybody.
Friends, family, coworkers, neighbors new and old, all showed up to be part of this great cause for this horrible situation that has become our reality.
The performance was broadcasted in to Franks room via Skype.
He absolutely loved it! Whatever we can do to keep Frank's spirits up, please keep them coming.
Thanks for making this a great event.
Praying for Frankie and for the whole family.
Our prayers go out to Frank and you and your family so sorry to hear about this trauma praying for a fast and safe recovery God bless
My prayers go out to Frankie and your family
