Frankie's Medical Surgery Expenses
Spende geschützt
This is Frankie the Cat.
Frankie is a 11+ year old Main Coon female whom I rescued when she was fairly young from Mexico! She has been nothing but pure joy and exciement and adventure in my life. She means the whole universe to me and brings so much light and happiness into my life. Unfortunately I found a small lump underneath one of her nipples and I took her into the vet. The vet orderd for a cytology and the results were neither good nor too bad.
Frankie's lump turned out to be a benign tumor however the vet is concerned as to where this tumor is growing since 75% of these kind of tumors are grown on the head, ears and neck. She thinks it's best for her to have it removed. Since the examine wasn't 100% accurate as too what exactly this tumor can be the vet mentioned a biopsy once the tumor has been removed which would garner further information about it. So this is where I need the help. I work in retail and my current job is a wonderful job however the hours are never certain and lately I have hardly had any hours so I've been living paycheck to paycheck and sometimes it just isn't enough. Unfortunately the estimated cost of the surgery is more than I could ever afford which is why I am hoping that I can gather up donations. For Frankie to have the surgery first she needs to undergo a serious of pre-anesthetic blood and urine tests which is roughly $400+ and on top of that there are the procedures to be done pre surgery such as injections, labs, anesthisia etc. Along with the surgery we are looking at minium of $800+ and that doesn't include any medications she will need after surgery. My goal is to get at the very least $1,500 to $2,000 so I know that all procedures and surgery will be covered. I do not want to wait to get this done for my Frankie since the vet was a bit concerned and since the results wern't 100% accurate. The best results would be for her to have the tumor taken out and have her be out of harms way. I am hoping to raise these funds within a month and not a minute longer because Frankie is precious and so dearest to my heart I want her to be okay and the only way is for her to have surgery. I hope you can help and if you can't it's okay. I thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that maybe you can share this story with your friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
