Foxconn relocation travesty

I am raising money because I was lied to by the Village of Mount Pleasant.  My family's and I were promised relocation benefits that we are entitled to by law. We were part of the Foxconn relocation project and we were forced to leave our home due to eminent domain. We rented from my mom and we were told we were eligible for relocation benefits of $22,080. We were given a 90-day notice on July that said we had to be out by July 31st. We did not want to leave but since the house was being torn down and we had in writing that we were supposed to get these relocation benefits we went to a temporary house still in the Foxconn Zone. This temporary house was supposed to be handicap accessible and similar to what we had before. It is not. There is no heat and the water smells toxic. We have been doing everything the village asked of us, moving to this temporary home, not complaining about it's condition, all we want is to get our new home liveable, we are not out for new cars and vacations, just a safe place to have a roof over my kids head. Any help would be appreciated. We don't mind hard work and would do anything to get moved into our house. This is a story that was done on us.
