My sister, Annette Osborn, was killed in a car accident April 18, 2019, less than a week following her 50th birthday.
My sister’s 4 kids range from 14 to 24 years of age. Two of the children have special needs challenges. They lost their father, Neale to a heart attack almost 4 years ago. My sister also lived with and cared for our mom with severe dementia.
