For Us Chican@ Kids is a new Tiahui Picture Company project. For Us Chican@ Kids is a new barrio-zine for our Southern Colorado communities.
The funds raised from this campaign will go towards the printing of the first issue which will be saddle-stiched, color printed and UV coated to make for a nice little barrio-zine.
The dedication spots are just about full but still I appreciate anything towards helping out this zine. In future issues these dedication spots will be free on first come basis, along with the submissions of poems, art and flikas!
This is my way to give back and provide a voice for barrio youth in Southern Colorado. But this zine will be a little bit edgy!!
For the homies and El Movimiento, gasmaks and lowriders, sk8 cholos, barrio chrome y cultura
For Us Chican@ Kids will be printed in limited run! I was hoping to have these printed by Cinco De Mayo but we'll see If I could raise the money by the last week of April.
