For the Tran Family

An old friend of mine Ellie Mizon Tran, was poisoned by her estranged husband this past Valentine's Day. She passed on yesterday leaving behind a two years old daughter and two old parents. She was the sole breadwiner for her family. Her parents does not work because they recently moved here from Vietnam thus have no money to pay for her funeral. Hello Everyone,

First off, I really do appreciate all who have donated and contacted me for more donations after this page was closed. I just want to make an update to clarify some things. The "story" link on this page states that the money will go to Love Foundation Corp. When I found about Love Foundation Corp, I understood it as a fund for Ellie's Family formed by the Vietnamese community at Virginia Beach , hosted by the Dong Hung Temple. Which is why after this page is closed, I handed the withdrawal rights to the treasurer of Dong Hung Temple. I apologize for any confusion i caused for Love Foundation Corp. I have been in contact with the manager of Love Foundation Corp, and I assure you all that the foundation is one that does great things for not only the Vietnamese community in Virginia Beach but all of Virginia Beach.

The fund withdrawal rights were handed to Duc Pham, also known as Thay Do at Dong Hung Temple on March 8th of 2017.  Thus, the money went to Dong Hung Temple and will be given to the family once the fund is transfered to the temple's account. The Temple, the Family and I thank all of the supporters.
