This is my grandson Devon he has been diagnosed with a rare form of degeneration of his kidneys this has been a devastating shock to our family we have a long road ahead of us we will be making numerous trips to children's hospital the medical expenses alone and traveling is depleted our finances and if anyone would find it in their hearts to donate to our family it would help my grandson continue our long trips to Children's Hospital ..
