I am Munirat's relative and I want Munirat to be her sweet, cheerful healthy self again.
Munirat is 4 year old who has just one kidney and now this kidney is shutting down as doctors (who are presently taking care of her in a tertiary health center in Nigeria) have diagnosed her as having End stage Renal Disease.
She needs a kidney . She is presently undergoing hemodialysis 3 times a week to sustain her until she can get a kidney.
She urgently needs this funds as she is to travel to India to get a Kidney transplant by end of December 2015
the funds will be used for the following
Hospital Bill
Transportation to India of the child, kidney donor and guardian
Accommodation and logistics for a duration of 3 months
Post transplant treatment and medications
