Help Unite Two Houses in Fair SF

Greetings! We are Travis and Edna. We live in San Francisco. It's great here. Travis drives a taxi in this fine City By the Bay, and Edna is one of the best bartenders you've ever ordered a drink from. We also perform sketch comedy and try our best to bring giggles to an ever more serious City.
Between us we somehow have 4 wonderful pets. Travis has two of the finest pedestrians in the City, Tuzox and Ava, and one of the coolest cats you've ever met, and all-around badass, Jazz. Edna has a great eater of things and urban panther named Nike.
We are trying to live together to save money and get ahead but Travis's current landlords won't go with 4 pets in one unit. "Well, just get rid of your pets," we've heard. "Why would you live in such an expensive place?" we've also heard. Neither question is even relevant if you've had a wonderful cat or dog for ten years and/or have lived in SF for any length of time.
So instead of getting rid of family members or moving to Columbia, we need to find new digs, which is doable, as there are decent landlord peeps out there who understand. It's gonna be expensive though, due to the rising cost of rent in this town, and that's why we're on here. First /last deposit, plus a (4) pet deposit for any place is gonna add up to at least $5000, which neither of us will see for a long time just working our jobs day to day.
We both are no good at writing code, so Google and Twitter are not viable job options. So we thought we'd try this out. Any help would be awesome, and would help 2 weirdos and 4 furry goofballs to live together, uniting two houses for the benefit of both.
