Homes for Homeless Dogs

I share this because so many of you seem like family to us and have taken great care of us, but these last few days I stress and cry and worry.... as many of you know Paw Paw's Dog House is HOME to a few very special kids. Fur-kids that have lost their homes and families one way or another. Always I've told myself they will have a place as long as I can afford to feed and care for them.... and thanks to all of you and your continued support the kids are well taken care of. Never in my adult life have I had a saving account, until recently.
With our profits, my entire savings, I decided to build dog cabins for these special kids. A home they can call theirs, a room they don't have to share a bed that is their own.... I knew in my heart that this is what I needed to do for these babies, they have earned it..... I know what these kids want most is a family to love them but in the mean time a place to call their own is what I can do for them.
I interviewed contractor after contractor looking for the right one.... I found one, he promised me my dog paradise... so far he's taken our money and has given us very little to show for it. What he has built will need to be torn down and reconstructed. This man rarely showing up, or if he does always leaving only hours after showing his face. one excuse after another....
Now my family, my grandfather, a once strong able man, now fighting muscluar dystrophy that should have crippled him years ago and recovering from bladder cancer is out working on these dog cabins, to keep my tears from flowing, to ease my worries.... my poor grandpa is out trying to make this mess right and make his girls happy again but I see it physically pains him.... I feel terrible, lost and helpless. Though I can't express enough how grateful I am to have such amazing family support I can't let my grandpa take this on alone KNOWING how much money this contractor has taken from me to do this.
If you can help so we can get the rest of the materials and work done to give these special dogs their own space we would truly be grateful. If not, can you please keep Grandpa in your prayers!
