Hello my name is Ernie Martinez,
Our Family needs your Help. My Brother-in-Law Gene G. Figueroa has been missing since around June 13, 2016. He has been living in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico for about 2 years now. His home has been ransacked his computer and and all monitary statements are missing. The Family beleives he might have been abducted or hurt. We have filed all reports with Law Inforcement on both sides of the boarder including the US Consulate in Mexico and so far nothing.The Authorities in Mexico keeps letting us know that their cases are many and that they don't have the manpower to keep up with the cases. Here in the States they tell us their hands are tied because he was living abroad. We are sking for help so that we can hire a Private Investigator instead of waiting out the Slow Process of the Mexican Police and the NO HELP we are getting from the Riverside Sheriff Department. PLEASE WE ARE ASKING FOR HELP! TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE WE NEED TO FUND THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE FAMILY WOULD BE FOREVER GREATFULL OF ANY DONATIONS GIVEN!!!!
